About Me
"food is not just fuel;
it's a celebration of flavors & vitality"
My Love for Food
Hello! I'm Aneta, a passionate holistic chef dedicated to nourishing both body and soul through mindful cooking. With a background rooted in holistic nutrition and a deep appreciation for wholesome ingredients, I craft personalized menus that embrace the harmony of flavors and the nourishing power of food. Whether you're seeking to optimize your well-being or simply savor delicious, health-conscious meals, I'm here to guide you on a journey to vibrant living, one bite at a time.
What inspired you to become a holistic chef?
I've dealt with digestive and hormonal issues in the past that were mostly caused by the food I was consuming at the time. I realized in order to truly heal from all the unwanted symptoms, I'd have to fix the root cause and start learning to cook with whole, nutritious foods. I began my journey teaching myself at home & later graduating from the Culinary Nutrition Program at George Brown College in Toronto. I still craved a higher understanding of how food affects the mind, body, and soul so I continued my studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and became certified as a Holistic Nutritionist.
When you're not cooking, what are you doing?
Most likely exploring a city or town I haven't been to before and it's cozy coffee shop or thrift store. Going for a hike and foraging in the warmer seasons is also my favorite way to spend time when I'm not cooking.
What's your favorite thing to cook?
Although there's way too many answers for this question, I'd probably have to say it would be something I haven't made before. I love experimenting with new ideas for meals and exploring new cuisines!
